CONSULTATION AND ASSESSMENT

Once you've decided to begin your individual journey, we'll sit down with you (remotely or in person) to assess your status quo. We want to learn about your background and goals.

SETTING THE CORNERSTONE

After assessing your mobility and movement basics, your COEX coach will create a fundamental framework for your individual training plan that you will actually enjoy. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, COEX puts together the optimal training plan for YOU.

YOUR INDIVIDUAL PLAN

Your customized workouts can be found each week in the TrueCoach app that you can also use to upload videos and feedback throughout the week.
